Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) is conducting market research into the feasibility of consolidating all of its geographically separated HAZMAT facility operations under a command-wide or Air Force-wide contracting effort. HQ ACC seeks immediate industry input for planning purposes to determine how and why the commercial marketplace handles such geographically separated operations.
