This will be a requirements contract for an undetermined amount of artistic illustrations of various sizes, in various forms (oil sketches, oil paintings, etc.) for various specific cultural events. The contractor shall prepare illustrations for popular histories or accounts, or illustrations of specific cultural events, based on available cultural resources information. A critical element in performing the work is that the illustrations must be as realistic and historically accurate as possible. The requirement for the illustrations may cover a period of approximately five years. This will be a negotiated firm-fixed price contract. The technical proposal will be evaluated on technical evaluation criteria which will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 2, 1998.
