The work in general will be to supervise the erection of steel and the construction of the observation booth/press box. Contractor will be responsible for all welding required and be responsible for a crane as necessary. Contractor to be in compliance with VETS100 Reporting. All activities will be performed according to the project specifications. Construction will not include interior walls, sheetrock, or electrical. Oregon Army National Guard troops will be available to assist with construction. Construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000 dollars. Construction period is sixty (60) days.
