The Naval Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) has a requirement for the Operation, Management and Maintenance of the Aquatic Facility. This support will include the operation of the facility; program management (including staff/lifeguards, uniforms, safety, first aid, data collection and records maintenance, security, hazardous material safety training); and cleaning and maintenance. This is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The period of performance will be one year with four one-year options. The period of work will be performed on site at NSWCDD. The Statement of Work will be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation will close 30 days after the solicitation issuance date.
