H -- QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN TO MEET ISO 9002 SOL DAKF06-98-Q-0195 DUE 061798 POC Contract Specialist, Mike Willis, 719-525-3034, FAX, 719-525-5333 Contractor to develope and provide a Quality Assurance Plan for the Maintenance Division, Directorate of Logistics (DOL), Fort Carson, Colorado, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of ISO 9002 and that conforms to the DOL Quality Assurance Manual/Performace Work Statement. Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the service of providing a Quality Assurance plan. The contractor must be able to provide the fully developed/approved plan to the Government not later than 30 September 1998. The solicitation/Request for Quotes (RFQ)is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This solictation/RFQ will be issued o/a 20 May 1998. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for small business (SB). For this acquistion, the SB size standard is $5 Million in total revenues. Interested SB concerns should submit written/facsimile requests including, but not limited to the following: business name, business address, point of contact, tax identification number, corporate status as a SB.
