This will be a firm fixed-price contract for the Bureau of Land Management with an additional 50% option of the total contract value which the Government may exercise at the same prices and delivery time called for in the base requirement; the contract time will be extended accordingly. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., holidays excluded (contractor shall unload all items); 2) Acceptance -- Final inspection and acceptance of supplies will be made by the Government at the place of delivery.
