NASA LeRC currently owns the WDPF software, so this announcement is for the upgrade only. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/LeRC intends to purchase the items from Westinghouse Process Control Co. A sole source statement has been prepared identifying Westinghouse as the only responsible source (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
