The work includes but is not limited to the following: disconnect circuit "CGA-3" from existing panelboard "CGA"; protect circuit "CGA-3", "CGA-5" and panelboard "CGA" during demolition and construction; construct a new 22' by 30' wooden garage including stucco finish for exterior; install a 12' by 8' rolling overhead garage door on south wall of new garage; install lighting receptacle and motor control circuits in new garage including reinstallation of Ingersoll-Rand T10 Air Compressor. Estimated range is $25,000 to $50,000. The performance period is 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC is 1542.
