Work will include but is not limited to purchase of roofing material as required and installation of said materials. Types of roofing shall be asphalt shingles, clay tile roofing, non-structural metal roofing, structural standing seam metal roof system, built-up roofing and smooth surface built-up roofing. The performance period is one basic and four option years. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Proposed acquisition is 100% full and open competition.
