SMALL BUSINESS CONFERENCE -- 1998 "Changing Times," 1998 Government Contracting Conference sponsored by OC-ALC Small Business Office, will be in the Communications Center at Rose State College in Midwest City OK, April 13-14, 1998. Featured speaker will be The Honorable J.C. Watts Jr., Congressman, 4th District, Oklahoma. Invited speakers include Ms. Betsy Myers, Deputy Assistant to the President and Director for Women's Initiatives and Outreach; Ms. Luz Hopewell, Director of the Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Department of Transportation; and Mr. Lloyd C.
