This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number B/VOA/BO-98-01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All references to "offers" are understood to be "quotation". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.003(b)(1).
