FORECAST TO INDUSTRY BUDGET CONFERENCE The Association of Old Crows and the Capitol Club Chapter will present a one and one half day Forecast to Industry Budget Conference on March 25-26, 1998. The conference will be unclassified and will be held at the Booz, Allen & Hamilton facility in Tysons Corner, McLean, Virginia. The theme of the conference will be to provide an expanded view of the defense electronics marketplace.
