ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR Steel Cable/Rope Material, 35 MM dia, Track Style, 2 each 7,800 feet and 2 each 4,800 feet cables in a continuous length in a full locked coil (Grade 1470), Right Lay Aerial, Nominal break strength of 114.64 tons. Steel Rope, dia1-1/8", 1 each 15100 feet and 1 each 9,200 feet steel ropes in a continuous length. This rope shall have the specifications of of 6 X 25 fillerware, right lay and a nominal breaking strength of 52.6 tonsl. Cable/Ropes shall conform to ANSI B.66.1-1992. Quotes will be accepted through 13 Mar 98. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses.
