Work consists of asbestos abatement, insulation, installation of oil-water separators, lighting retrofits and improvements, structural repairs to the stack, and the replacement of condensate tank, condensate piping and deaerator. Contractor shall also be responsible for providing temporary boilers during the construction phase. All work must be completed by 30 September 1998. Cost range is between $500,00 and $1,000,000.
