Y -- MULTNOMAH FALLS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITIES SOL R6-98-919 DUE 040998 POC Procurement and Property Management, 503/808-2581 This project is for the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work includes furnishing all labor materials and equipment for the construction of a 30,000 gpd extended aeration treatment plant, including lab/control building, standby power system, extended aeration treatment system, U.V. disinfection system, aerobic digester, septic tank effluent pumping, highway boring and outfall. Proposals will be evaluated using Past Performance and Overall Management Plan. Oral presentations will be requested from offerors determined to be in the competitive range. A pre-proposal meeting will be held onsite. Project location is at Multnomah Falls approximately 33 miles east of Portland, Oregon, off Interstate 84, in the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah County, Oregon. It is anticipated the start work date will be early May 1998. The project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. (0051)
