RESEARCH AND SUSTAINMENT FOR CREW SYSTEM INTERFACE LABORATORIES. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF DRAFT DOCUMENTS ON THE INTERNET. Research and Sustainment for Crew System Interface Laboratories This announcement provides notice that the Crew System Interface Division of the Human Effectiveness Directorate, AFRL/HEC, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, intends to issue a Program Research and Development Announcement (PRDA) that will provide the human factors research required by the various research and advanced development programs on-going in a set of specialized laboratory facilities, as well as to provide the sustaining effort of these facilities in order to perform the assigned research activity. This procurement is a Non-Set-Aside Full and Open Competition. Draft documents pertaining to this program are presently posted on the web at www.brooks.af.mil/HSC/PKA/sarah. Industry comments are highly encouraged and are due no later than 20 March 1998. More documents and information will be posted to this site, monitor regularly for the latest information. No other notices will appear in the Commerce Business Daily(CBD) until the PRDA is issued in June of 1998. An "Industry Day" is tentatively scheduled for April of 1998. One-On-One Conferences will follow immediately after Industry Day. More detailed information will be provided on the web at a later date.
