HUMAN EFFECTIVENESS RESEARCH_NOTICE OF PRE-SOLICITATION DRAFT DOCUMENTS ON INTERNET Human Effectiveness Research This announcement provides notice that the Crew Survivability and Logistics Branch of the Human Effectiveness Directorate, AFRL/HES, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. intends to issue a Program Research and Development Announcement (PRDA) for on-site research and sustaining effort for HE specialized laboratories. This procurement is a Non-Set-Aside Full and Open Competition. Draft documents pertaining to this program are presently posted on the web at www.brooks.af.mil/HSC/PKA/sarah.htm. More documents and information are to be posted to this site so they should be monitored regularly for the latest information. Offerors are encouraged to submit written comments on draft documents to either of the contracting points of contact no later than 27 March 1998. No other notices will appear in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) until the PRDA is issued in June of 1998. An "Industry Day" is tentatively scheduled for April of 1998.
