USAID envisions a three-year contract to provide technical assistance in the industry of seeds with an option for a fourth year. RFP NO. 98-03 for this requirement will be available on or about March 20, 1998. Interested parties shall contact Martin F. Napper, Contracting Officer, at AMEMBASSY.
