The revised first sentence of the subject CBD Notice announcing USAID Title II Institutional Support Assistance Program shall read as follows: "The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), BHR/FFP invites US- based PVOs currently registered with USAID or USAID-registered cooperatives headquartered in the U.S., whose applications meet BHR/FFP objectives stated in the RFA to respond to this Solicitation." The subject CBD Notice's remaining text is unchanged. The CBD Notice containing Amendment 1 language can be viewed and downloaded using the Agency Web Site.
