This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to enter, clean, and prepare site-specific reports of the Title IV 1997 data, as well as prepare a presentation of the 1997 data for the Ryan White Title IV National Grantee Conference. The period of performance for this project is 44 weeks. The Abt Associates, Inc., is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
