OEA Aerospace is the only facility which has the fixtures and test equipment necessary to meet the requirements for this effort. Testing at a facility other than OEA Aerospace would not provide the results that are necessary to evaluate the serviceability of the TLX assemblies without significant additional cost to the government. The approximate issue/response date will be 13 Mar 98. The anticipated award date will be 03 Apr 98. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: OEA Aerospace, Fairfield CA.
