NORTON (205) 235-6629 (Site Code DAAC01) Provide all parts and labor necessary for installation of three each HK750 retrofits kits to replace existing obsolete motor controllers for all three axis for each of three ASRS vehicles, modifying system diagnostics software and self test procedures to accommodate the new motor controllers, insure the software is operational, check all adapters, cables and electrical connections, perform hardware checks and ensure all system documents, drawings and schematics are current and on hand. Upon completion of all inspections and test procedures, contractor shall perform any and all repairs or adjustments that are necessary to ensure the equipment is operational. This equipment is located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL This will be sole source procurement, HK Systems, Gainesville, GA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. HK Systems is the only known source for these retrofit kits and is presently the provider of the service for major repairs of the ASRS. Firms that recognize and can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves with 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in future solicitations.
