The purpose of the acquisition is to purchase one Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA) device to measure body composition and bone density in participants of the Fourth National Health Nutritition and Examination Survey (NHANES IV). DXA data will also be used to model body composition from anthropometric and bio- impedance data. Closing date is March 5, 1998. No solicitation package is available.
