The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for exhibit planning and design services which contribute to the development of exhibit projects for the National Park Service. Services include but are not limited to: travel to Harpers Ferry Center and Park sites for project review; preparation and development of resource packages; research for exhibits; development of exhibit models; preparation of promotional materials; concept plan including selection and preparation of graphics; writing text, exhibit drawings, development of digital layout files and special effects. The Government anticipates award of ten (10) Indefinite Quantity, Fixed-Price contracts. These contracts will be negotiated to provide either specific work elements in support of projects that are primarily being planned and produced in-house, or projects that encompass all planning and design requirements. These contracts will be issued for one year with priced options for two additional years. A minimum guaranteed workload of $2,500 and a maximum workload ceiling will be negotiated. The ceiling will range between $100,000 and $500,000 depending on the capabilities of the firm and services offered. -- All requests must be submitted in writing.
