This is a notice to intent to place an order with Stanley Storage System for dissassemble, convert to hydrolic sytem, and relocate stacking system. These include: teardown (2) existing electric stacking systems each complete with 19 bays including a 2 section single side access aisle, 2 mast and bridge assemblies, reduced height feature, and (2) 4 contilever overhangs. Reinstall (2) Haz-Mat stacking systems each complete with 9 bays, 1 Haz-Mat and bridge assembly and (2) 4 cantilever overhangs as per following description: consists of an overhead bridge and trolley unit, a vertical mast stacking unit with forks, a spark resistant air operated chain hoist, a steel drum handling unit and 9 bays of racking plus (2) 4ft cantilever overhangs with necessary rail support and hose drag chain carrier system providing air power to the mast and bridge. The steel drum handling unit is designed for steel 55 gl drums only. The 9 bays of racking consists of 1 bank of 9 sections facing a second bank of 9 sections separated by a 94 inch aisle. When erected, this system has an overall height of 13 ft 9-15/16 " and 15 ft 3 inch wide by 52 ft long. Also 2 Haz-Mat and bridge assemblies for existing racking. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. If no affirmative responses are received to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, a contract will be entered into with the above named vendor. Responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the consolidated list of debarred, suspended, and ineligible contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
