The work will take place at DISA Headquarters in Arlington, VA under contract DCA100-96-C-0021. These services include: clean UPS modules and battery string 1 Lot, replace UPS modules capacitors 1 Lot, design and install an UPS battery circuit breaker alarm 1 Lot, clean emergency generators 1 Lot, replace diesel fuel distribution system 1 Lot, and Year 2000 compliance check 1 Lot. Under DCA100-96-C-0021 FEE has the ultimate responsibility for continuity of power support to HQ DISA critical power load and to use another contractor could potentially void all warranties and contractor liabilities.
