99 -- DISPOSAL OF DOMESTIC LIQUID SEWAGE SLUDGE SOL N39849-98-D-0560 DUE 042398 POC Joann Milano, Procurement Technician, (732) 866-2630 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to remove liquid domestic sewage sludge (non-hazardous waste) to a disposal facility within or outside of the State of New Jersey. The disposal facility MUST be an approved sludge disposal facility under Federal and State regulations. The contract performance will be for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The contract is being issued as unrestricted, but, subject to Small Disadvantaged Business evaluation preference. The Standard Industrial Code is 4953/Refuse Systems. The size standard is $6.0 million. The estimated cost range is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 60 months.
