The start-up kit consists of a portable blood lead testing monitor, 50 ul pipette, AC adapter, battery, sensor holder, training video, quick reference guide and user's guide. Kit must be used with the following described test and control kit; purchase of (75) ea Leadcare Test Kit contains (48) sensors, (96) pipette tips, (48) tubes of treatment reagent and (1) calibration button *lot specified. Purchase includes (8) Leadcare Control Kit containing (1) Level I blood lead control (2ml), (1) Level 2 blood lead control (2ml) and lead-free water for reconstitution. Related manufacturer support consumables also expected to be purchased. It is believed that this equipment is available only from ESA, Inc., 22 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA. and no other Leadcare Analyzer is known or available to satisfy the requirements of this agency. All interested parties may identify their interests, but must provide proof of capability, in writing; to provide an acceptable, comparable product by submitting pricing data, accurate description, make, and model number of the equipment offered. Since no solicitation package exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information to establish the vendor's capacility of meeting the Govt. needs will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis. If no feasible responses are received by the close of business 15 days from the date this notice appears in the CBD, a procurement will be negotiated with the above-named source.
