The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA (SSC San Diego) intends to procure Antenna Tilting Groups (ATGs), associated ancillary components, and technical support for US Navy ships worldwide. The ATGs offered must satisfy the solicitation contract specification and SOW by use of commercial off the Shelf (COTS) items, modified commercial items and non-developmental items (NDI). Technical support shall include: standard commercial equipment warranties, spare parts kits, technical manuals and supplemental data, factory training, depot repair support, and engineering and support services as tasked. Engineering and support services include installation, troubleshooting, system interface, and logistics support for above systems. The estimated level of effort is 750 hours for the base period. A fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The applicable Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663. The period of performance will be a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RFP will be available about 23 March 1998. This RFP/Solicitation will be transmitted via the Internet on the World Wide Web (WWW). The RFP will only be available by WWW access through the SSC San Diego On Line Procurement System (OPIS).
