This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Onset Computer Corporation, Bourne, Massachusetts pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The Tattletale Model 7 Data Logger is manufactured by and is only available from Onset Computer Corporation. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
