This announcement constitutes the only formal quotation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00102-98-Q-6292. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32, part 12. The associated standard industrial classification code is 4214. The small business size standard is 18.5 million dollars. Services: Moving services to consist of moving various office equipment, office furnishings, supplies, boxed files and ADP computer hardware and related equipment. The items identified in attachments A through D (upon request) will be moved from SUBMEPP at the Portsmouth Circle Business Center (PCBC), Portsmouth, NH to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), Kittery, ME. All items to be moved are currently located on the first floor. The move will be in four phases beginning the week of 8 Jun 98 and completing on 8 Jul 98. Moving must be accomplished mostly during late afternoon, nights or weekends. Most packing may be accomplished during normal business hours. Upon request, a faxed copy of actual move requirements will be faxed to all interested, prospective contractors. Requests can be faxed to 207-438-1251, attention Code 535.VC.
