S -- TROOP ISSUE SUBSISTENCE ACTIVITY (TISA) WAREHOUSE SOL DAKF19-98-B-0003 DUE 080198 POC Contract Specialist ROBERTA GRAVES (785) 239-0462 (Site Code DAKF19) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment, transportation necessary to provide for the Troop Issue Subsistence Activity (TISA). The Contractor shall operate storage facilities for the installation TISA. The Contractor shall receive, count, inspect for condition, store, rewarehouse, safeguard, preserve and issue within time frames, and account for all subsistence and operational rations for the TISA account. The Contractor shall provide services for, but not limited to, all units stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, Reserve and National Guard units, and senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) in the Fort Riley Army Regulation AR 5-9 geographical area. The Contractor shall provide a work force possessing the skills, knowledge, and training to satisfactorily perform the services required by this contract. Personnel performing under this contract shall remain employees of the Contractor and will not be considered employees of the Government. The Contractor shall maintain records of employee's qualifications, certifications and licenses, as appropriate. THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for the acquisition is 4226. The small business size standard is 18.5M. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base period and three option years.
