R -- RECORDER/WRITER/EDITOR/SERVICES SOL 98S110(Q) DUE 032798 POC Anne Wright, Purchasing Agent, (404) 842-6771 The vendor, or vendor representative, shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, travel, transportation and other incidentals necessary to attend and record, via laptop, notes of approximately seventeen (17)subcommittee meetings. The vendor shall provide minutes and summary of meeting minutes at times specified following the conclusion of each meeting. The meetings are scheduled to be held at various locations, days, to exclude Federal holidays, and times throughout the continental United States and will commence with the first meeting scheduled to be held April 7, 1998 in Boise, Idaho. The meetings are normally 2-3 all day (8 hour) sessions, requiring vendor attendance at all sessions. The vendor shall report to the designated locations and be in attendance throughout the times specified for each meeting session. The period of performance shall commence from the date of first scheduled meeting and shall continue through October 13, 1998, the date final deliverable is to be received. Vendor will receive itinerary of scheduled meeting dates. The Government anticipates making multiple awards in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offerors are advised that this RFQ is issued Set-Aside for Small Business, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SIC Code 8741, 5M gross annual receipts is applicable.
