Proposals are solicited for equipment and services described in a
Request for Proposal (RFP No. 98-64-001). The purchase is authorized by
the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of the Federation of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, under the provisions of the United States-led and
internationally sponsored Military Stabilization Program (MSP),
otherwise known as the "Train and Equip" program. B. Brief Description

Transfer/In-Country Manufacturing Capability D. The preference of the
Ministry of Defense is a single contract with the prime contractor
subcontracting for any equipment and services that it cannot provide.
The prime contractor would be responsible for providing systems
integration services for all equipment purchased. However, the Ministry
of Defense may award multiple contracts for systems, equipment and
