Z -- Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) for Morale, Welfare, Recreation and Quality of Life related projects including independent construction surveillance and related services. Types of projects include but are not limited to design/build projects and other design work incidental to construction, renovation, alterations, and/or repair of existing facilities such as RV Parks, golf clubhouses, golf courses, playgrounds, recreation centers, community centers, parks, gymnasiums, fitness centers, and ballfields/sports courts. Multiple awards will result from this solicitation. Award will be made on a best value basis to those responsible offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Individual task orders will be negotiated on a competitive fixed price basis among all contractors receiving an award of the proposed contract. It is expected that the contractors and government team will jointly scope and job walk all work prior to competing individual task orders. Not all task orders will have 100% designs available. Each contract will be awarded for a one year base term with two one year options to renew the contract term. A minimum guarantee of $5,000.00 applies to the base year only. Each contract will have a total ceiling price of $30,000,000.00 for the entire contract term. THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. Specialized experience in the types of projects contemplated is required. There is no charge for solicitations; however, solicitations will be available on a first come first serve basis until supplies are exhausted.
