The Corporation for National and Community Service, a wholly-owned Government Corporation intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor to prepare meals; provide cleaning supplies; and remove trash at the HEB Foundation Camp in Leakey, Texas during the period April 6-10, 1998. Food preparation must include vegetarian and other special diets (kosher, etc;). All food stuffs and cleaning supplies must be purchased and transported to the camp prior to the event. All meals must be prepared with cooking staff on-site. There is a fully equipped kitchen located at the camp. Meals: Preparation of meals begin with dinner on April 6, 1998, through breakfast on April 10, 1998, for 300 AmeriCorps*VISTA members, supervisors and staff. This is a total of eleven (11) meals. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, six (6) breaks will be provided, one in the morning and one in the afternoon on February 7-9 requiring beverages (ice tea, coffee, juice, etc) as well as light snacks; (cookies, peanut butter/jelly, crackers, etc). Vendor must provide cleaning supplies for the kitchen and twenty (25) bathrooms, including toilet paper, paper towels, plastic trash bags and other paper supplies. Vendor is required to clean kitchen but not the bathrooms. Vendor required to provide trash removal.
