The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking
qualified small business search firms capable of providing assistance
in filling critical OCC vacancies. The work requires familiarity with
Federal Employment guidelines, a national focus and scope of operations
and experience in conducting searches for candidates in various
occupations and areas of responsibilities ranging from technical
experts to senior management positions. The OCC is a bureau of the
Department of Treasury and is responsible for promoting the safety and
soundness of the country's national banks. The OCC employees
approximately 2,900 people. Headquarters is located in Washington, DC,
with six district offices located in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago,
Kansas City, Dallas, and San Francisco. Contractors responding to this
sources sought synopsis must have the capability of conducting searches
and filling vacancies at all OCC locations. The predominant occupations
within the OCC are National Bank Examiners, Attorneys, Economists, as
well as a variety of administrative, communication, community and
banking relations, managerial and support positions. Contractors must
have the capability to develop and perform search strategies, identify
qualified candidates, present candidates to the OCC, and assist the
OCC in recruiting its preferred candidates. The Standard Industrial
Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 7361 and the small
business size standard is $5.0 million. Interested small business

capability statement should clearly reflect the company's capabilities
and past experience conducting searches for the same or similar type
