Provide architect-engineer services to furnish fully-developed construction documents, including preliminary plans, technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates and all related construction period services for Project No. 98-102, Hospice Renovations, Bldg. 83. The project will renovate approximately 3,500 square feet located on the south end of Building 83 (Second Floor). Currently this area is utilized for long term care and is to be renovated to support our new hospice program. The large multi-bed rooms will be reconfigured into 10 hospice suites with adjoining restrooms and shower facilities for each, a community kitchen/dayroom, and all associated support space. New wall and floor coverings will be installed to create as comfortable an atmosphere as possible for our terminally ill patients. Also included will be the installation of new medical gas headwall systems in each of the rooms. All additional electrical and mechanical alterations resulting from the proposed construction will also be considered. The construction estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. The geographical area of consideration is within a 150 mile radius.
