Firms/joint ventures (either with consultants) demonstrating capability to coordinate the required services may apply, however, the selected firm must perform all required design services in their own existing active production office located within the NCR through which all daily management, communication and control will be coordinated and handled or establish an office (if none exist)within 30 days of contract award.
