The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) intends to purchase ImageSite Unlimited Concurrent Users (IMSITE UNLB), ImageSite Unlimited Database Users (IMSITE UNLD), and ImageSite Unlimited Encapsulator (IMSITE UNLE) from Image Machines Corporation of Herndon, Virginia on a sole source basis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested from Image Machines Corporation of Herndon, Virginia and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 53SBNS860014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), quantities, and unit issue are as follows: CLIN 0001 is for the ImageSite Unlimited Concurrent Users (IMSITE UNLB), one each; CLIN 0002 is for the ImageSite Unlimited Database Users (IMSITE UNLD), one each; and CLIN 0003 is for ImageSite Unlimited Encapsulator (IMSITE UNLE), one each. Manufacturer's sales literature or other documentation shall be provided in the proposals to show that offered product(s) meet or exceed requirements as specified in this document. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NTIS in Springfield, Virginia. This action is set-aside for small business and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures, under the authority of the test program for certain commercial items cited in FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7372, with a size standard of $18 million.
