Two different models are requested; identified as CED 2R12-A and 2R12-B. Some of the minimum required features are as follows: CED 2R12- A: 4000 lb capacity; hand operated, single pallet; hydraulic lift mechanism, 48" fork length, steering mechanism, load rollers, polyurethane wheels, approximate dimension of 65" L X 27"W X 54"H (Handle height). CED 2R12-B has some of the same minimum requirements characteristics except that it has a 5500 pound capacity and requires tandem load rollers. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 3537. A fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be set aside for small business concerns. Period of performance is for one full year from effective date of contract. An option year is available for an additional year. Only written requests will be honored.
