Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village of Addison, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Water Street on the east by Cowell Street; on the south by Valerio Parkway; and on the west by Brooks Avenue. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 5,000 sf with 17 customer parking spaces, 24 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 5,000 sf on a site size of about 81,300 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space.
