Carrier must maintain regularly schedule liner service throughout the period of the contract via a self-sustaining geared vessel(s). The Government will ship, In addition to Breakbulk of various sizes, 20' dry, 20' refrigerated and 20'controlled atmosphere containers as well as 20' flatrack and open top containers. A presolicitation conference is scheduled to be held prior to release of the Request for Procurement (RFP), date and time to be determined.
