NDIA OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION NATIONAL DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION (NDIA) 14th Annual T&E Conference and Exhinition "Partnership with Industry, " San Diego, California, March 9-13: This major event is the first national conference dedicated to Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines and Joint Test and Evaluation (OT&E).
