US Army CECOM, Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Intelligence and Electronics Warfare Sensors Directorate, System Manager for the Enhanced TRACKWOLF project is conducting a Market Survey for an Integrated Life Cycle Support package to include the Integrated Logistics Support discipline and all associated sub-elements, for the Enhanced TRACKWOLF Satellite Receiver Set, AN/TRR-38. The purpose of this market survey is to locate other sources with sufficient experience and technical knowledge to perform a total Integrated Logistics Support program and all associated sub-elements, to include; Maintenance Concept, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Technical Publications, Provisioning, Software Support, Identification of Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), Training, Packing and Handling Information, Contractor Support/Warranty, and Spare Parts Interchange Demonstrations. A potential contractor must demonstrate an understanding of, and experience with the AN/TRR-38, automated, transportable receiving set for satellite communications. To be considered responsive, all respondents must address every element listed in the total Integrated Logistics Support program and associated sub-elements in the market survey. Respondents must possess TS SCI clearance in order to perform this effort or address any issues concerning this program. In addition to addressing the above requirements, all responses must address schedule, ability to deliver on time, and past experience with satellite communication systems (Contract # and type, $ value and performance status). All responses must be in writing and received in the Intelligence Information Warfare Directorate no later than 2 March 1998.
