The proposed contract will be a Delivery Order placed against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAJ09-94-G-0003, for a performance period of one year. The planned induction quantity will be fixed at 78 each. A potential contractor will need to be familiar with the total design parameters, repair procedures and test processes for the OH-58D Tail Rotor Blade. This proposed acquisition is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Fort Worth, Texas, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
