Gallagher (215) 697-9608 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for Enterprise Management Services (EMS) that include a single suite, integrated framework solution providing end-to-end management of the entire Information Technology (IT) infrastructure including systems, networks, databases, and applications across a multitude of platforms and network/operating systems environments for the Naval Reserve Force New Orleans. The EMS must provide fully integrated system monitoring, access control, performance management, backup and restore operations, production scheduling, problem management, change management, resource management, software distribution, security, and problem tracking. End-to-end management activities include the following: IT Asset Discovery, Web Server Management, Software Delivery, Security, EventStatus/Tracking/Exception Management, Storage Management, Desktop Management, Workload Management, Performance Management, Database and Application Management, and Application Programming Interface. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.1 as an unrestricted procurement. This requirement will be solicited using commercial items practices in accordance with FAR Part 12.
