Includes one distribution media and 90 days maintenance andtechnical support, part #OP-MDR-01, Qty. 1. CLIN 2. One-Year OPNET Modeler/Radio maintenance andsupport agreement, part # OP-MDR-M-01, Qty. 1. Partial bids will not beaccepted. No substitutions will be allowed. Offeror must provide proof ofability to deliver referencedrequirements. Date of Delivery is 30 days ARO. FOBDestination -- Washington,DC. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, instructions to offerors, applies to thisacquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including cost, ability to meetrequirements andpast performance. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision atFAR 52.212-3, offeror representation and certification -- commercial items withits offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, contract terms and conditions -- -commercial itemsapplies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices.
