Fabrication and installation of one C-5 Weapon System Trainer (WST), with enclosure, that is configured identically as the other 7 WSTs including on-going modifications and appropriate technological upgrades. On-going modifications include Visual System Upgrade, Flight Management System (FMS)/Global Positioning System (GPS), Airlift Defensive System (ALE 47), Electro-Mechanical Standby Attitude Indicator (SAI), SELCAL, Air Refueling AERO Upgrade. WST with enclosure will be installed inside a government facility at Kelly AFB TX in support of Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) requirements. This trainer will be used in connection with the existing aircrew training system contract which trains all C-5 aircrew members and engine-run maintenance personnel. This system provides guaranteed aircrew training to AMC standards. Estimated quantity: 1 each delivered 24 months after contract award which will be issued approximately 30 Jun 98 to FlightSafety Services Corporation (FSC).
