Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may however download and print the file from the WWW. 3. There is no fee for this solicitation. 4. There are 20 pages of the solicitation, 163 pages of specifications and 17 drawings. 5. One hard copy of the solicitation will be available for review in Building 260, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 6. The Contractor shall furnish all Labor, Equipment, Appliances, Devices and Materials, and Perform all Operations as Necessary in Connection with Replacement of Existing Control Systems and the Modification of Air Handlers in Bldg 856, Area A, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The work will include Removals and Miscellaneous Tasks Identified in the Specifications and/or as Noted on the Drawings. "Mr. Stephen J. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
